【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesminimumstructuralrequirementsforfreightwagonbodiesandassociatedspecificequipmentsuchas:roof,sideandendwalls,door,stanchion,fastenersandattachments.Itdefinesalsospecialrequirementsforthefreightwagonbodieswhenthewagonisequippedwithcrashworthybuffers.Itdefinestheloadssustainedbyvehiclebodiesandspecificequipment,givesmaterialdata,identifiesitsuseandpresentsprinciplesandmethodstobeusedfordesignvalidationbyanalysisandtesting.Forthisdesignvalidation,twomethodsaregiven:?onebasedonloadings,testsandcriteriabaseduponmethodsusedpreviouslybytheUICrulesandapplicableonlyforvehiclebodiesmadeofsteel;?onebasedonthemethodofdesignandassessmentofvehiclesbodiesgiveninEN12663-1.Forthismethod,theloadconditionstobeappliedtofreightwagonsaregiveninthisEuropeanStandard.TheyarecopiedintheEN12663-1inordertofacilitateitsusewhenappliedtofreightwagons.Thefreightwagonsaredividedintocategorieswhicharedefinedonlywithrespecttothestructuralrequirementsofthevehiclebodies.Somefreightwagonsdonotfitintoanyofthedefinedcategories;thestructuralrequirementsforsuchfreightwagonsshouldbepartofthespecificationandbebasedontheprinciplespresentedinthisEuropeanStandard.ThestandardappliestoallfreightwagonswithintheEUandEFTAterritories.Thespecifiedrequirementsassumeoperatingconditionsandcircumstancessuchasareprevalentinthesecountries.
