【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthecharacteristicsofaxlesforuseonEuropeannetworks.Itdefinescharacteristicsofforgedorrolledsolidandhollowaxles,madefromvacuum-degassedsteelgradeEA1N(Nforthenormalizedmetallurgicalcondition,Tforthequenchedandtemperedmetallurgicalcondition)thatisthemostcommonlyusedgradeonEuropeannetworks.Forhollowaxles,thisstandardappliesonlytothosethataremanufacturedbymachiningofaholeinaforgedorrolledsolidaxleInaddition,theparticularcharacteristicsforaxlesingradeEA1T1)andEA4T1)aregiveninannexA(normative).Twocategoriesofaxlearedefined,category1andcategory2.Generally,category1ischosenwhentheoperationalspeedishigherthan200km/h.ThisstandardisapplicabletoaxlesthataredesignedinaccordancewiththerequirementsofEN13103andEN13104NOTEDifferentvaluesforsomecharacteristicsmaybeagreedifaparticularprocessoffabrication(e.gcoldrolling,shotpeening)hasaninfluenceonthem.#,,#
