【摘要】:Thistestmethodwillbeusedbyathleticfootwearmanufacturerstocharacterizethetractionoftheathleticshoe-sportssurfaceinterface,andasatoolfordevelopmentofathleticshoeoutsoles.Thistestmethodwillbeusedbyresearcherstodeterminetheeffectofsportsurfaceconditions(forexample,moisture,grassspecies,turfdensity,soiltexture,soilcomposition,andsoforth)ontractioncharacteristicsoftheathleticshoe-sportssurfaceinterface.Thistestmethodwillbeusedbysportssurfacemanufacturerstocharacterizethetractionoftheathleticshoe-sportssurfaceinterface,andasatoolfordevelopmentofsportssurfaces.Carefuladherencetotherequirementsandrecommendationsofthistestmethodwillprovideresultsthatcomparewithresultsfromdifferentlaboratorysources.Themethodwillbeusedtoresearchrelationshipsbetweentractionatathleticshoe-sportssurfaceinterfacesandathleticperformanceorinjury.Thisresearchmayleadtorecommendationsforappropriatelevelsoftraction.1.1Thistestmethodcoversspecificationsfortheperformanceofsportsshoe-surfacetractionmeasuringdevices,butdoesnotrequireaspecificdeviceormechanismtobeused.showschematicdiagramsofgenericapparatus.1.2Thistestmethodisappropriateformeasuringtheeffectsofathleticshoeoutsoledesignandmaterialsontractionattheshoe-surfaceinterface.1.3Thistestmethodisappropriateformeasuringtheeffectsofsportsurfacedesignandmaterialsontractionattheshoe-surfaceinterface.1.4Thistestmethodspecifiestestproceduresthatareappropriateforbothfieldandlaboratorytesting.1.5Tractioncharacteristicsmeasuredbythistestmethodencompassfrictionforcesdevelopedbetweenshoeoutsolesandplayingsurfaces.1.6Tractioncharacteristicsmeasuredbythistestmethodencompasstractionachievedbypenetrationofcleatsorstudsintoplayingsurfaces.1.7Thistestmethodspecifiestestproceduresforthemeasurementoftractionduringlineartranslationalmotionandrotationalmotion,butnotsimultaneouscombinationsoflinearandtranslationalmotion.1.8Theloadsandloadratesspecifiedinthistestmethodarespecifictosportsactivities.Thetestmethodisnotintendedformeasurementofslipresistanceortractionofpedestrianfootwear.1.9Testresultsobtainedbythismethodshallbequalifiedbythecharacteristicsofthespecimen.1.9.1Comparativetestsofsurfacesshallbequalifiedbythecharacteristicsoftheshoesusedtotestthesurfaces,includingthecushioning,outsolematerial,andsoledesign.1.9.2Comparativetestsofshoesshallbequalifiedbythepertinentcharacteristicsofthesurfacesonwhichshoesaretested,includingthesurfacetype,material,condition,andtemperature.1.10Thistestmethoddoesnotestablishperformanceorsafetycriteria.Theleveloftractionrequiredbetweenasportshoeandsurfacevarieswiththelevelofperformanceandfromindividualtoindividual.Theextenttowhichparticularlevelsoftractioncontributetoindividualathleticperformanceandriskofinjuryisnotknown.1.11ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thisstandardmayinvolvehazardousmaterials,operationsandequipment.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
