【摘要】:ISO10846-4:2003specifiestwomethodsfordeterminingthedynamictransferstiffnessfortranslationsofresilientelementsotherthanresilientsupports.Examplesareresilientbellows,shaftcouplings,powersupplycables,hosesandpipehangers.Elementsfilledwithliquids,suchasoilorwater,areexcluded.Themethodsareapplicabletoresilientelementswithflatflangesorflatclampinterfaces.Itisnotnecessarythattheflangesbeparallel.Thedirectmethodcanbeappliedinthefrequencyrangefrom1Hzuptoafrequencythatisusuallydeterminedbytheframeresonanceofthetestarrangement(typically300Hzfortestrigswithdimensionsoftheorderof1m).Theindirectmethodcoversafrequencyrangethatisdeterminedbythetestset-upandtheisolatorundertest.Therangeistypicallyfromalowerfrequencybetween20Hzand50Hztoanupperfrequencybetween2kHzand5kHz.ThedataobtainedaccordingtothemethodsspecifiedinISO10846-4:2003canbeusedforproductinformationprovidedbymanufacturersandsuppliers,informationduringproductdevelopment,qualitycontrol,andcalculationofthetransferofvibrationthroughresilientelements.
