【摘要】:Ithaslongbeenrecognizedthatdissipationfactorandpermittivityoflaminatedinsulationasmeasuredinadirectionperpendiculartothelaminationsarenotofthesamemagnitudeasthosemeasuredparalleltothelaminations.Thistestmethodprovidesameansofobtainingdataparalleltothelaminationswheredesignparametersrequirethisinformation.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthedissipationfactorandpermittivityofstifflaminatedsheetandplateinsulatingmaterialsinadirectionparallelwiththelaminations.Thistestmethodprimarilyincludesinformationcoveringthepreparationofthespecimen,anddetailsconcerningtheprocedurerequiredtomakemeasurementsparallelwiththelaminationsforthisparticulartypeofmaterial.TheapparatusandgeneraltestprocedureshallbeinaccordancewithTestMethodsD150.1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Foraspecificwarningstatementsee9.2.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddealswiththegeneralrequirementsandthebasicperformancecriteriaforthedesignandconstructionofalltypesoffree-standingchimneysincludingtheirliners.Achimneymayalsobeconsideredasfree-standing,ifitisguyedorlaterallysupportedorifitatandsonanotherstructure.Chimneysattachedtobuildingshavetobestructurallydesignedasfree-standingchimneysinaccordancewiththisEuropeanStandardwhenatleastoneofthefollowingcriteriaismet:-thedistancebetweenthelateralsupportsismorethan4m;-thefree-standingheightabovetheupportsstructuralattachmentismorethan3m;-thefree-standingheightabovetheuppermoststructuralattachmentforchimneyswithrectangularcrosssectionismorethanfivetimesthesmallestexternaldimension;-thehorizontaldistancebetweenthebuildingandtheoutersurfaceofthechimneyosmorethan1m.Chimneysattachedtofree-standingmastsareconsideredasfree-standingchimneys.Thestructuraldesignoffree-standingchimneystakesintoaccountoperationalconditionsandotheractionstoverifymechanicalresistanceandstabilityandstabilityandsafetyinuse.Detailedrequirementsrelatingtospecializeddesignsaregiveninthestandardsforconcretechimneys,steelchimneysandliners.NOTEInotherpartsoftheseriesEn13084ruleswillbegivenwherechimneyproductsinaccordancewithEN1443(andtherelatingproductstandards)maybeusedinfree-standingchimneys.
